Natacha Costa​

Director NC Events

 

With over 20 years of experience in the events industry, Natacha is a seasoned professional conference organiser who has built a reputation for delivering exceptional conferences and events across Australia and Aotearoa. Specialising in both local and international events, Natacha's expertise spans a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on medical events and education.

Throughout her career, Natacha has organised an array of events—from high-profile medical conferences to charity art exhibitions, gala dinners, mountain bike festivals, and even game development exhibitions. Her diverse experience demonstrates her adaptability and capability to manage events of all scales and complexities.

At the core of Natacha's approach is her commitment to building meaningful relationships with clients, delegates, and sponsors. Her hands-on, personalised approach has been central to the continued growth of NC Events, a business she has grown almost exclusively through word-of-mouth referrals.

Despite the success and expansion of the company, Natacha's vision for NC Events remains rooted in delivering a tailored, personal service that ensures every event exceeds expectations. Graphic Design/Marketing

Tiffany and Natacha work very closely on our events. Tiffany has her own successful graphic design business and collaborates so closely in the design and branding of every event that this makes her the perfect right hand person to have on site at conferences. Their natural dynamic together ensures that all delegates and speakers are warmly welcomed and looked after throughout the event.  Nothing is too much trouble for Tiffany and she is always ready with a smile!

Marcus Costa​

Marketing & Event Assistant

 

Marcus Costa is NC Event's Marketing and Event Assistant, currently in his second year of pursuing a Bachelor of Marketing and Communication.

In his role, Marcus plays a key part in ensuring seamless event experiences by managing event apps, maintaining up-to-date event websites, and driving digital engagement through social media.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for event promotion, Marcus helps create impactful, engaging experiences for both clients and attendees.

Natacha and her team have not only made running the AVT program easier for the convenor and the faculty but have also contributed to the ongoing development of the programme with their experience in running medical conferences and industry workshops.
