Director NC Events
Following a role as Regional Manager for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Natacha moved seamlessly into event management in a self-employed capacity over 15 years ago. Always someone that has concentrated on building relationships with clients, delegates and sponsors, Natacha has grown the business exclusively through referral and word of mouth.

Despite having undertaken many large scale events (including being part of the team that delivered the largest surgical conference held in the southern hemisphere at the time), Natacha prefers to keep her company focussed on delivering a personal approach with mid-scale events her preference. The ability to identify large percentages of delegates at regular events by face, and have their name badge before they have even reached the registration desk, brings satisfaction that comes with developing these long term relationships with clients. This dedication to detail sees NC Events’ with a far reaching network of clients, sponsors, suppliers and venues.

Tiffany and Natacha work very closely on our events. Tiffany has her own successful graphic design business and collaborates so closely in the design and branding of every event that this makes her the perfect right hand person to have on site at conferences. Their natural dynamic together ensures that all delegates and speakers are warmly welcomed and looked after throughout the event. Nothing is too much trouble for Tiffany and she is always ready with a smile!
